STANDARDIZED PURCHASING PROCESS
We have put in place a standardized purchasing process to ensure optimal service:
Updated communication of our product availability and prices (which can be followed on our web site).
Reception of orders by Fax / e-mail 3 to 4 days before departure for clients who do not wish to work on a standing order basis.
Purchasing and selection of flowers from the best growers, and quality control before departure for all the boxes.
Dispatch by Fax or e-mail of shipping documents on the departure date.
Dispatch by Fax of the AWB and shipping documents to the client and its freight agent on the departure date.
Follow up of shipment up to its final destination. Organization of eventual transfers plane/truck in the country of destination.
Automatic back-up procedure in case of overbooked flight.
On certain routes such as Paris, Osaka or Amsterdam, we work with established freight agents, selected among the best and cost effective.
On other routes, we advise the client to negotiate with local freight agents to obtain the best rates and services. We can also assist you
